Starting off our list, we have Lavo. Located in the Venetian, this restaurant has an expansive menu that includes everything from breakfast pizza and French toast to eggs Benedict and steak frites. I highly recommend the Eggs Florentine served with Ciabatta, Creamy Spinach, Braised Pancetta, and Truffle Hollandaise–it’s delicious! The service at Lavo was impeccable; our waiter was attentive without being overbearing and made sure that we were happy with everything during our meal there.

The menu at Mimosas Gourmet has a variety of breakfast items that will make your mouth water and your stomach growl with hunger. Their most popular dishes include the Diablo skillet, the California omelette, the Country Fried Steak & Eggs, and lastly their Berry Berry French Toast.

Last on our list is Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca. Located 20 minutes off the strip at Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is a great place for Sunday brunch. They offer $15 bottomless mimosas, which is perfect for those who want to get their drink on and still have enough money left over to tip their server well. The service here is excellent and they have an extensive menu that includes many traditional Italian dishes. Because of its great location, be sure to give yourself some extra time to check out the local shops as well!
