Kassi Beach House
Kassi Beach House opened in May of 2021, right off the Las Vegas Strip at the Virgin Hotel. This restaurant will have you feeling like you are dining seaside in Italy. Kassi Beach House serves authentic coastal Italian cuisine with popular menu items: Margherita Pizza, Vodka Pasta, Mezze Platter, Fried Mozzarella, and Roasted Salmon. Bāng Bar opened in April of 2021 on the second floor of The Cosmopolitan. Bāng Bar by Momofuku is a quick service Koren restaurant that offers spit-roasted meats. All dishes are served as a wrap, rice bowl, or flatbread. This restaurant is a great place to stop for a meal on the go!
