1. LVB Burgers & Bar
If you’re feeling brave (and have a strong stomach), try the K.I.K burger. It’s chock-full of fire-hot jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, Sriracha aioli, avocado, and a fried egg. Of course, there are more mild options on the menu, too, if that sounds like a stomach-turner. There are also a few salads if something lighter is more appealing.
2. Beauty & Essex
The Beauty & Essex burger is made with lamb, brisket, and short rib. If that doesn’t make your mouth water, the beefsteak tomato, goat feta cheese, and spicy harissa aioli on top should. Grab a side of BBQ fries and enjoy.
3. Umami Burger
In addition to being a burger place, Umami also has an outdoor beer garden and a sports book. Give the Manly burger a try. It’s made with bacon lardons, onion strings, beer-soaked cheddar cheese as well as house mustard and ketchup.
4. Pub 1842
Heard of Michael Mina? Well, he’s opened up a gastropub to complement his full collection of Vegas restaurants. While peanut butter on a burger might sound off-putting, trust us, it isn’t. Try the Peanut Butter Crunch burger and you’ll see what we mean. Besides the pb, it also has potato chips, pimento cheese, and bacon jam.
5. Public House
The Pub burger patty is made from grass-fed beef and comes topped with roasted tomato, Gruyere cheese, and bacon marmalade. Need something to wash the deliciousness down? Try one of the 200 beers on the menu. That’s right, 200. This place also serves poutine, a variety of seafood, and steaks (of course).
