Know Before Your Go

There are several things you should keep in mind when organizing your event and the day of as well. VIP experiences could count on knowing these tips for your party:

1. Checking In!

  • Check in time is very important and can differ from Pool club to Pool club. Depending on how you plan on getting into the club will change what time you could be allowed in. If you are looking at using a guest list, then you would most likely need to arrive earlier in the day. This can affect the time of your party bus route. 0

2. How to get to each club or pool!

  • A lot of the Las Vegas casinos can seem very confusing once you get inside. And, a lot of them do not have maps posted around. But, you can find a lot of maps online before going. Planning out your route from the bus drop off to the club is important. That way, you and your group will not get lost in the seemingly never ending twists and turns of the casinos. Also, do not be afraid to ask for help! The staff are there to help!
  • Another route to figure out is how much time it will take the bus to get from one stop to another. Some locations may seem close on paper, but may take the bus longer due to traffic or special road ways. Consult with your party bus company for the best route between each club!

3. What can you bring into each pool?

  • This may depend on if you are going to regular pools or the pool clubs. But, if you are looking to join the Pool clubs, they are very different from the regular pools. The clubs are a lot more strict on what you can bring in. Here are a few things that most clubs have restrictions on be allowed inside:
    • Bag sizes: most clubs will only allow small bags inside. Bags such as small fanny packs, clutches, or purses.
    • No nasal spray, eye drops, liquid hand sanitizer, or contact lens solution
    • No party props, inflatables, or toys
    • No water bottles including: canteens, tumblers, or flasks
    • No Cameras including: GoPros, smart glasses, or other types of Video Cameras

4. Everyone having their identification!

  • Clubs in Las Vegas are very strict about everyone having their identifications on them. The only type of identification that clubs will typically accept are United States Driver’s Licenses, Canada Driver’s Licenses, and Passports. If you are traveling from out of the country, it is important to know that you have to bring your passport. There are several ways to keep your passport safe while partying!

5. Dress code!

  • The dress code for the pool clubs can be quite simple: pool attire! So, come with your best swimsuit! Outside of that, most pool clubs do not allow basketball shorts, robes, ripped tank tops, wife beater tank tops, or speedos. If you ever have any questions if someone’s dress code would be allowed, do not hesitate to call the venue to get confirmation!
