Ingredients

• 1 sugar cube                                                                     
• Bitters                                                                                
• Lemon or orange twist, for garnish                   
• Champagne                                                                            

Instructions

1. Place the sugar cube in a chilled champagne flute
2. Lash the sugar cube with 2 or 3 dashes of bitters
3. Fill the glass with the champagne of your choice
4. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist
